Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

IT Service and Software company is looking for someone to support current and potential customers.  We want someone who brings creativity in their perspective.  If you can find and help us deliver the best solution for every need, then you are the right person.  Duties include:

- Project management/scheduling.

- Calling on exisitng and potential customers to help deliver solutions that will meet their needs.

- Some Social Media Marketing and Traditional Marketing.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

Highly motivated, honest and sets and achieves high goals.

Ability to resolve concerns and find solutions.

Excellent phone skills.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and software including:

- Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

- Database systems

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or HTML a plus.
